Wonderful overview of what needs to be the final remembrance of Luke account of the Messiah. Now I’m excited to follow your lead.

I am writing in regards to the lesson schedule for the Explore the Bible, Winter 2020-21, adult lessons.
Lesson 6 is titled PREPARED and is taken from Luke 3:7-18. Lesson 7 is titled COMPASSIONATE and taken from Luke 6:27-38. Lesson 8 is titled REJECTED and is taken from Luke 4:16-30.
My question is – Why does COMPASSIONATE follow PREPARED? Why isn’t COMPASSIONATE in, what should be, its “normal” place following lesson 11 since it is taken from Luke 6:1-11?
Any suggestions/help – sure would be appreciated. Thank you and God bless you.

Great question. The lesson on the third Sunday of January supports Sanctity of Human Life Sunday so the order was adjusted to do so.
